1271 Avenue of the Americas was the first expansion of Rockefeller Center across Sixth Avenue. The building went through an extensive renovation to improve the views and light with a new exterior facade.

The client came to us looking to launch a new campaign to promote the extensive renovations done to improve the building and to rent out the remaining office spaces. The goal was to focus on the amenities offered and selling midtown in a way that hasn’t been seen before.

We used black and white photography and showed the building through a new lens using interesting angles and views. This allowed us to show the building and its surroundings in a fresh way. For the design I kept a minimal look so that the photography could do most of the showcasing. The Copacabana inspired curves from entrance are a staple to this location so I incorporated the curve into the design in a way that would compliment the photography.
